When I watch the Task Manager, there is barely anything tasking the computer to where it would cause this. Everything else runs fine while this happens, including: Spotify, Youtube videos, and CS:GO. It does not freeze in the sense of becoming completely unresponsive. If I move the mouse from one side of the screen to the other, the pointer will stop for a fraction of a second, then skip ahead to where it would be if it wasn't doing this. Starting Tuesday night, the mouse will constantly freeze (maybe lag is a better word?) on me.
